Email Hosting Service Agreement

This Actelite Email Services Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Actelite, and you, your heirs, assigns, agents and contractors ("You") and is effective upon electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of Actelite Email Account Services and the Actelite System (together, the "Services"). Your use of the Services constitutes Your agreement to all such terms and conditions. By using the Services, You acknowledge and agree that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which Actelite may establish from time to time, and the Actelite Terms of Service.

1. your use of the Services

Actelite has no obligation to monitor Your use of the Services. However, Actelite reserves the right to review materials You publish using the Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Actelite reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Actelite reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Actelite deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Actelite sole discretion.
